The 14 Day Coffee-Free Challenge.

Did someone just say coffee? But wait, coffee-free?!

I know it’s a difficult concept to wrap your head around but it’s only for 14-days and here is why this may be right for you.

WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER.

First off, are you addicted to coffee? Like to the point where you must have your coffee no later than 8:30am or else you’re going to murder someone?

Do you drink more than an 8 oz cup of coffee in a day?

At 2pm are you searching for coffee or sugar to pick you back up?

Do you have trouble falling asleep at bedtime?

Do you get an achey stomach after drinking coffee and have loose stools?

If you answered YES to any of these. This challenge is for you.

WHY?

Consider this a reset. Your body shouldn’t be addicted to anything to the point it affects your moods, sleeping patterns, or your body. This isn’t healthy. Whether you realize it or not, it’s impacting your health for the long haul and it’s not too late to turn this around.

All you need is a reset. Consider it a detox from coffee so that your body can run naturally off the foods you feed it. You can replace your coffee ritual with tea for now BUT not too much either!

HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS?

It’s a slow and steady approach to wean from coffee. We will replace coffee with other options that won’t affect your stomach, disrupt your sleep, or cause anxiety. Yes, heal your body by signing up now!

By the end of the 2-weeks you should feel free from the physiological effects that coffee has on your brain and body.

Once you sign up, I will send out an email a few days before the challenge to prepare you for Day 1 both mentally and for your pantry. You will need to buy a few inexpensive items at the grocery store.

CAN I DRINK COFFEE AFTER THE CHALLENGE IS OVER?

Well, it’s really up to you. If you don’t want to enter into a marriage with coffee ever again, I recommend not drinking it daily. You may drink coffee 1-2x week but DON’T drink it habitually or else you’ll fall back into the same rut!

As the course progresses you will learn what foods and drinks are healthier alternatives.
